STANDARD & POOR’S MODIFICA IL RATING A SEGUITO DELLA REVISIONE DEL BICRA DELL’ITALIA OUTLOOK NEGATIVO

Genova, 13 febbraio 2012  – Si informa che, a seguito del peggioramento del Banking Industry Country Risk Assessment (BICRA)  relativo all’Italia dal Gruppo 3 al Gruppo 4, l’agenzia di rating Standard & Poor’s ha abbassato i rating a lungo e breve termine di Banca Carige S.p.A. da “BBB/A-2“ a “BBB- /A-3”. L’outlook è negativo.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE RATING ASSIGNED BY STANDARD & POOR’S TO BANCA CARIGE FOLLOWING ITALY’S BICRA DOWNGRADE
OUTLOOK NEGATIVE

Genova, 13 February 2012 – Following the review of Italy’s Banking Industry Country Risk Assessment (BICRA), from Group 3 to Group 4, the International Rating Agency Standard & Poor’s has lowered its long- and short-term credit ratings on Banca Carige S.p.A. from “BBB/A-2” to “BBB- /A-3” with a negative outlook.
